First active with NYU CORE in the Route 40 project (Del., Md.). then participated in the early eastern shore (Md.) project and the GHlen Echo project. SNCC Field Secty (Georgia, Alabama and NYC), 1961-62. Staff for 1963 March on Washington. Active then with the Northern Student Movement and the Harlem Education Project.
