[This report documenting the past history of SNCC's Southwest Georgia Project and making proposals for the future was circulated among SNCC members in conjunction with the SNCC meeting of December 27-31 by SWGA Project Director Charles Sherrod. An unidientified SNCC member then hand-wrote personal comments on it and sent it to Freedom Movement activists Dennis and Wendy Roberts who were temporarily in California before later returning to Albany, GA.]
