Please join us at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31 for the launch of Putting the Movement Back into Civil Rights Teaching. Join the editors, contributors, and Movement activists to celebrate this book that will help students find their connection to the Civil Rights Movement and discover the roles they can play in fighting injustice today!

The reception will be held at the headquarters of the National Council of Negro Women, 633 Pennsylvania Ave NW in Washington, DC. We are proud to have Dr. Dorothy Height, Chair and President Emerita of the National Council of Negro Women, as our welcoming speaker. Refreshments will be served.
