City of Oakland & The State of California Celebrate their newly-formed partnership in the arts collaboration, The City of Oakland and the State of California are cosponsoring an art exhibition

"DIALOGUE"
Jan. 25th - April 13th, 2001

This premier exhibit will feature paintings by two internationally known Oakland - Pardee artists: Mary Lovelance O'Neal and Patricio Moreno Toro in a new gallery located in the Elihu M. Harris State of California Building.
